Sean 'Diddy' Combs, the music titan once hailed as a cultural icon, was delivered a sentence of 50 months—four years and two months—by Judge Arun Subramanian in a Manhattan courtroom following his conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, also known as the Mann Act.
The conviction, which carries a maximum of 10 years per count, came after an eight-week trial that forever shattered the rapper's public image.
