Videos shared on social media showed Styles appearing to choke on water whilst on stage, sparking anxiety among spectators and those watching footage of the moment online.

The footage shows Styles taking a sip of water before spraying it and seeming to cough as if something was lodged in his throat. He then lay on the floor briefly before getting back up, suggesting he was choking. Although the incident lasted only moments, it left many fans alarmed for his wellbeing.

Despite appearing to recover quickly and continuing his performance, fans took to social media to express their worry. One account wrote that Harry "dramatically collapsing while choking on his own water on stage at Wembley Stadium in London" had concerned viewers.
