Both Williams driver Alex Albon and Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz were disqualified from the Singapore Grand Prix qualifying after their cars failed post-session technical checks by the FIA.
The technical delegate's report found that the 'uppermost rear wing element adjustable positions' on both car numbers 23 (Albon) and 55 (Sainz) exceeded the maximum limit of 85mm on the outer area, a breach of F1's technical regulations.
This disqualification, which is normal procedure for such a technical matter, wipes their qualifying results.
Albon, who had qualified 12th, will now start the race 19th, and Sainz, who had qualified 13th, will start at the very back in 20th.
The grid shake-up sees George Russell start alongside Max Verstappen on the front row, with championship leader Oscar Piastri in third and Lando Norris in fifth.
