Love Island's Ellie Chadwick just shared what she really carries in her handbags

One of Love Island's most popular stars has finally revealed what she really carries in her handbags, ending speculation that has gripped viewers throughout the series.
Ellie Chadwick, the Scottish Islander from the 13th season of ITV's dating reality show, has become known for never being seen without a handbag. Whether relaxing in the villa or heading out on dates, the accessory is constantly by her side, typically coordinated with her outfit.
Fans noticed immediately, spotting her clutching a small black bag as she said goodbye to her friend Robyn Langton following her eviction. Robyn herself was puzzled by Ellie's attachment to the bags, remarking: "So I don't really know why she's carrying the bags around but she slays it anyway I can't believe the reaction I've come out to about Ellie's bags."
The show has maintained a partnership with eBay since 2022, offering contestants preloved outfits. Handbags were first introduced as part of this arrangement during the inaugural series of Love Island All Stars in January 2025, a perk that Ellie has clearly embraced.
Ellie has finally addressed the question viewers have been desperate to answer. On the latest episode of Love Island Unseen Bits, which airs on Saturdays, she revealed the contents in the confessional beach hut. She shared: "Obviously you got to have your hair clip for when you want to put your hair up when you're at the beach we love a hair clip and this one is a little flower and it's cute. Then lip balm for when the lips are nice and moisturised we have my lip combo staple in the handbag. But there is a lot more in here and it's really getting heavy."
When listing the remaining contents, she quipped "Two lemons. Next my whisk just incase we need to stir some stuff up. Next up cowboy hat." She then produced a yoga mat and a large plant, remarking: "We have my plant I just love my plant. Well it's all fair and well showing you what is in the bag good luck to me trying to get it back in there its a bit of a tight squeeze."
