Oasis Live 2027 tour: Band reportedly planning '12 nights at the Etihad' next summer

Oasis are reportedly planning a major summer residency at Manchester City's Etihad Stadium in 2027, marking exactly one year after their record-breaking Oasis Live 25 tour opened with a sensational night in Cardiff.
Multiple sources close to the club and promoters have informed the Manchester Evening News that 12 nights could be confirmed later this summer, triggering an enormous scramble from fans attempting to secure tickets.
A music industry insider told the MEN: "It will be 12 nights at the Etihad Stadium across May and June. It's just massive for Manchester and for the local economy. They could even add more dates to that as well there's talk of up to 20. The wider tour is also going to include a return to Knebworth."
Manchester City's fixture schedule for the 2026-27 season shows their final home match at the Etihad on Saturday 23 May against Aston Villa, with the Premier League season concluding on Sunday 30 May. This timing aligns with the reported residency plans.
A luxury city centre hotel has been fully booked from late May through June to accommodate the band and touring party. Manchester's Parklife festival has also moved from its traditional June weekend to July 10 and 11 for the first time, with speculation that this could free up June for Oasis performances.
The Manchester Evening News understands that Heaton Park is not being considered as a venue. Bookmakers have added fuel to the speculation, with Betway offering odds of 2-1 on Oasis headlining Glastonbury in 2027 as part of an anticipated world tour.
Responding to reports of a potential 12-night residency, Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher tweeted: "12 I thought it was 10 ffs."
